*Eligibility for enrollment in the Diamond Plan is exclusively available to carriers who meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria: high-volume operators completing a minimum of 1,000 loads annually; veteran-owned or veteran-operated trucking businesses; active members of the U.S. National Guard or military reservists; or retired first responders, including EMTs, firefighters, police officers, and paramedics. Verification of status is required. This plan is reserved for those who have demonstrated exceptional service and dedication to their profession or community and are thereby entitled to receive Liberty Dispatch's highest level of support and benefits.

Your commission covers all dispatch services including load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker vetting, paperwork management, and support. There are no additional fees or surprise charges.

No. We operate on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business daily.

Most carriers are fully onboarded and receive their first dispatched load within 24 hours of completing the setup process and submitting all required documents.

Yes. We coordinate directly with your factoring company to submit invoices and documentation. If you don't have one yet, we can help you set up with our trusted partners.

We dispatch all major equipment types including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, box trucks, hotshots, power only, and step decks. Each truck type has dispatchers with specialized knowledge.

The commission is calculated as a percentage of the gross revenue from each load we dispatch for you. For example, if we book a $3,000 load on the Gold plan (9%), our fee would be $270.
