  • Maintain current and adequate commercial auto liability insurance, cargo insurance, and workers' compensation coverage as required by applicable law.
  • Have legal authorization to operate commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the onboarding process.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting information through this Site — including the onboarding form, contact form, or any other submission — you consent to receiving communications from Oscar Solution, including:

  • Phone calls, text messages, and emails related to dispatch services.
  • Service updates, operational notifications, and billing communications.

Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.
